Voivodship Labor Office invites you to individual meetings with a career counselor, during which you will be able to learn about your competences and adjust them to the needs of Polish employers.

Together with an advisor, you will analyze your previous professional experience, define your predispositions and expectations, and learn about the specifics of the local labor market.
The result will be the creation of a Competency Balance. On its basis, you will receive a job offer tailored to your needs and possibilities.

As part of career counseling, we also offer group meetings, during which we will prepare professional application documents in Polish, present the most effective ways of looking for a job and prepare you for a job interview with the employer.
